Tuesday Fitness/Cardio Workouts

We want to provide options for you to step outside when you can during this uncertain time and get cardio/fitness in your new daily routine.  I will update this every other day to give you different ideas.  Below is an option for an athlete or adult client.Athlete:  Sprint Intervals:  Dynamic Warm-up – 5-10 min Over 10-15 yardsKnee hugsQuad PullsLateral SquatsLeg CradleInchwormWorld Greatest StretchSkipSide shuffleCariocaBackpedal to jogLateral SkipsWorkout – 5-6 rounds 15-second sprint – (on a grass field or field or track) 30-second jog or walkAdult Athlete –Warm-up (see above)Workout – Spend about 5-10 min warming upComplete 3-4 rounds1 min run/sprint 4 min walk*this can be completed on the sidewalk, on a field or track if you have access.Give this a try if you want to keep up with your cardio/fitness and comment below!!!!
