Thursday cardio/fitness workout!

If you viewing this on Wednesday then today may not be the best day to go outside for a run so we have provided a cardio/fitness workout that you can do indoors!Indoor Sweat Session:Workout:You will alternate between Jumping Jacks and Squat Jumps5 sets x 5 reps10 Jumping Jack5 Squat Jumps (or 5 Speed Squats)How to do it, you wonder? Well, you will do 5 sets of 5 reps. 1 rep  = 10 jump jacks and 5 squat jumps. You will end up doing 25 reps!Make sure you rest about 1 min between each round!If you want to venture outdoors in the rain and go for a run then here is a great workout that you can do!Workout:A 40 minute run with 3 x 5 minutes at tempo pace (70%-75%), and a 3-minute recovery in between.For this style workout, you’ll start the 40-minute run with an easy warmup, once warm, begin five-minute tempo intervals with three minutes of rest, and repeat three times.Allow for time at the end to cool down.
