This is a two-step process:
The first step in canceling is to email our billing department:
Please include the DATE you intend to drop with the word "CANCELLATION" in the Subject Line.
Important: Per your membership agreement, notice of cancellation is required 30 days in advance.
We are sorry to see you go but with your departure, we want to find out what made this place special for you and what recommendations you have for us going forward so that we can continue to provide the best service for our clients.
Once the both of these steps are complete the 30-day cancellation can begin.
