30-day Cancellation Policy

We hate to see you go but understand that life happens and priorities change.

This is a two-step cancellation process:

Email Our Billing Department for Cancellation.

The first step in ending your plan is to email our billing department:

Please include the DATE you intend to drop with the word "CANCELLATION" in the Subject Line.

Important: Per your membership agreement, notice is required 30 days in advance.

The second step in canceling is:

We are sorry to see you go but with your departure, we want to find out what made this place special for you and what recommendations you have for us going forward so that we can continue to provide the best service for our clients.

Once both of these steps are complete, your 30-day notice period will officially begin.
