Individual teams and youth clubs/organizations can contract with PFP to create performance programs tailored to their needs. These sessions are available at PFP or at an off-site location convenient to the team. PFP performance coaches can travel to provide high-quality training services off-site.

PFP is a great way to get a work out in to stay fit for soccer and just about anything else. They work on improving all aspects of your body in order for you to get that shape you want to be at. I also really liked how I was able to get treatment on my ankle when I was injured, Julian was extremely helpful with that. Overall I would 100% recommend athletes, people, anything who wanted to be on top of their game or just stay in great shape they should all try pfp
My two daughters (both soccer players) have been going to Prepare for Performance all summer for performance and soccer training. We were particularly concerned about injury prevention, having seen several bad (ACL tear) injuries on both of their teams. The program is well thought-out and well-organized, based on sports science. I can see that both girls are stronger and faster than when they started. Christian’s soccer training sessions are also great – technical and intense. PfP’s scheduling app is also terrific – very easy to schedule sessions and make changes if needed. We really love PfP and plan to keep coming for training!
The trainings are helping both my of my sons with agility and overall performance with their team sports ( soccer snd basketball). We are very happy with the results, and they love to come to classes.
