Elementary Athlete Performance Training
Ages 8 – 11
Athletes will receive:
1:8 student-coach ratio
Build fitness foundations with an emphasis on independence
Customized program for each student
Build leadership of self, athleticism, and performance
Become courageous, disciplined, and self-motivated at young age

High School and Middle School Athletes
Athletes will receive:
A 1:1 Success Session to get comfortable with the program and make an assessmentA customized program designed to reach their goals
Improvement in strength, endurance, and explosive power
Support in overcoming self-doubt and limiting beliefs
Accountability on off-days to keep progressing
Dozens of training times to match busy schedules

College Peformance Training
Athletes will receive:
A 1:1 Success Session to get comfortable with the program and make an assessment
A customized training plan tailored to their sport, needs, and goals
Dozens of training times to match busy schedules
Nutrition education and coaching
Personal Training
For those who need our most customized program based on individual needs or working around previous injuries/limitations.
Team Performance Training
Individual teams and youth clubs/organizations can contract PFP to create performance programs specific to the needs of the team. These sessions are available at PFP or off-site at a location convenient to the team. PFP performance coaches can travel and provide a high-quality training service off-site.
