Middle School Sports Performance

Ages 11-14

  • 1:8 student-coach ratio

  • Teaching young athletes the fundamentals of strength and conditioning in a safe learning environment

  • 60 minutes in length and incorporates all elements of our world-class programs, modified for the younger athlete.

  • Build leadership of self, athleticism, and performance

  • Become courageous, disciplined, and self-motivated at young age

High School Sports Performance

Ages: 14-18

  • Enhance the performance of your young athlete in any venue they choose.A customized program designed to reach their goals

  • Improvement in strength, endurance, and explosive power

  • Support in overcoming self-doubt and limiting beliefs

  • Accountability on off-days to keep progressing

  • Dozens of training times to match busy schedules

College Peformance Training

  • College athlete groups are designed for current or rising collegiate athletes preparing for their upcoming school year or during breaks

  • The program uses advanced strength and conditioning techniques

  • Intense conditioning regimens to ensure all athletes are ready for their next competitive season.

  • Nutrition education and coaching

Team Performance Training

Individual teams and youth clubs/organizations can contract PFP to create performance programs specific to the needs of the team. These sessions are available at PFP or off-site at a location convenient to the team. PFP performance coaches can travel and provide a high-quality training service off-site.

My two daughters (both soccer players) have been going to Prepare for Performance all summer for performance and soccer training. We were particularly concerned about injury prevention, having seen several bad (ACL tear) injuries on both of their teams. The program is well thought-out and well-organized, based on sports science. I can see that both girls are stronger and faster than when they started. Christian's soccer training sessions are also great - technical and intense. PfP's scheduling app is also terrific - very easy to schedule sessions and make changes if needed.
