What We Do Each Session:

  1. Dynamic Warm-Up & Stretching: Each session begins with a fun, engaging warm-up that includes stretching, light jogging, and movement-based games to get kids moving and energized.

  2. Movement & Mobility Games: Kids participate in activities that focus on developing basic movement skills, such as running, jumping, skipping, and balancing. These exercises build a foundation of coordination and mobility without the pressure of competition.

  3. Strength & Endurance Workouts: Using bodyweight exercises like squats, lunges, push-ups, and obstacle courses, kids build their strength and endurance in a fun and supportive environment. All exercises are designed to be enjoyable while helping children develop key fitness attributes.

  4. Games & Group Challenges: We make fitness fun by incorporating games like relay races, tag, obstacle courses, and team-based challenges that promote teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving​​.

  5. Cool-Down & Reflection: Each session ends with a cool-down that includes stretching and mindfulness exercises to help kids relax after their workout. We also encourage reflection on what they learned and how they can apply healthy habits in their daily lives.
